Frequently Asked Questions

Where's my license?

Your license will be emailed to you as soon as your transaction clears. This usually happens immediately upon completing the purchase. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive it shortly after ordering. The registration email being incorrectly marked as spam is the most common reason why licenses are not received. Please connect support if you spam folder does not contain it.

I got the email, how do I register?

Simply double clicking on the license file in the email should register you. Cyndicate is set up to read the file and take care of the rest for you. If double clicking on it does not work, you can manually register Cyndicate with the license file. Save the file to your desktop for connivence. Then select the "Register Cyndicate..." item under the Cyndicate menu while in Cyndicate. You will be presented with a standard open dialog box. Select the license file you saved to your desktop and press the register button. Cyndicate will take care of everything else for you.

How can I customize the look?

Cyndicate offers a robust style sheet system that allows users to customize the look and feel of the article pane using standard HTML and CSS. Information on creating a style sheet and a complete list of available keys can be found in in the forums. We also provide a forum area for posting and discussing style sheet designs.
